Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email within 48 hours of dispatch.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 7–12 business days.
- Cameroon, local stock: 3–5 business days.
- Cameroon, shipped from overseas: 12–20 business days.
- Rest of Africa: 10–21 business days.
- Europe and United Kingdom: 10–15 business days.
These are estimates. Customs processing and carrier issues may cause delays. The shipping method and charges available for your address appear at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
Unless expressly included in your checkout total, customs duties, VAT, import taxes and local clearance fees are the recipient’s responsibility. SAPASPUR does not collect or cover charges imposed separately by destination authorities or carriers.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package arrives damaged, email kenbrownly@sapaspur.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. If tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received the package, check with your local post office and neighbors, then contact us for assistance.
This reporting period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
